Every guest admitted into our program has different needs. Some come to us with just the clothes on their backs. Case managers work with each person to determine what their needs are, and to create a plan for them to get back on their feet.

The guests must take responsibility for working their plan, but case managers provide guidance by helping them prepare for appointments, identifying the proper paperwork and identification to take with them, providing transportation if needed, and more.

Some examples of guests’ needs are:

  • Birth certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • License/ID
  • Food Stamps
  • Childcare Assistance
  • Disability Income
  • Health Insurance
  • Daycare
  • Mental Health Counseling
  • Dental Care
