Every guest admitted into our program has different needs.  Some come to us with just the clothes on their backs. 

Director of Operations Fran Doran works with each person to determine what their needs are, and to create a plan for them to get back on their feet.

Fran knows the ins and outs of each service agency, and can tell our guests what documentation they will need for which visit, who they should speak with, what they should ask or say, how to fill out paperwork, etc. 

She does not do anything for the guests – they must take responsibility for themselves – but she gives them the guidance they need to expedite the process as much as possible. 

Some examples of guests’ needs are:

  • Social Security Card
  • License/ID
  • Food Stamps
  • Childcare Assistance
  • Disability Income
  • Health Insurance
  • Daycare
  • Mental Health Counseling
  • Dental Care
