How to Help

You can change the lives of families and individuals in need right here in your community. Scroll down to discover the many ways in which you can help!

Make a Donation

Your generosity provides local families and individuals in need with Shelter, Stability, Support, and a path to Success in the form of financial independence.  Each year, our services expand to meet the growing need in our community, and your support ensures that our neighbors in need can continue to receive assistance now and into the future.  Consider a recurring donation of any amount to change lives all year round!

Where does my donation go?

Let our guests tell you, in their own words, what your donation means to them.

Leave a Legacy

Consider remembering Talbot Interfaith Shelter in your will. All it takes is a quick phone call to your attorney. Ask him or her to add the following sentence to your will:

“I bequeath $______ or ______% of my estate to Talbot Interfaith Shelter, PO Box 2004, Easton, MD 21601, EIN 26-4629046.”

You can also name Talbot Interfaith Shelter as a beneficiary of your retirement account or annuity. It’s as easy as filling out a beneficiary update form! Contact your financial advisor today to find out more about your options!

Make an in-kind donation

Your donations of household supplies help keep our shelter facility stocked, and provide supplemental assistance to the guests in our transitional apartments.  In-kind donations also help to keep our expenses as low as possible so that your monetary support can remain dedicated to providing services to our guests!
