This week, we’re celebrating the powerhouse team behind the unforgettable premiere of Shelter, a short animated film sharing the voices of our S4 Program guests.
Pictured below are:
Matt Kresling – Documentarian who brought our guests’ stories to life with care and artistry.
Anita Groener – Visionary artist behind To the Edge of Your World, the exhibit that housed Shelter.
Charlotte Kasic – Executive Director of the Academy Art Museum, whose support made the premiere possible.
Julie Lowe – Our fearless leader at Talbot Interfaith Shelter, whose heart and vision guide everything we do.
Together, they helped create a space where art, empathy, and advocacy met, and over 240 attendees walked away moved and inspired.
The exhibit continues through October 27th, and Shelter will be featured again on October 10th at the Chesapeake Film Festival. We’re so proud to be part of this journey!
