People usually talk about love during the month of February, but we want to thank you for all of the love you share with our guests all year round. You truly make a difference in their lives.

A family moved from Easton’s Promise into transitional housing!
Our mom, dad, and two kids will be moving to St. Michaels yesterday. This is a brand new partnership for TIS, and the first time we have expanded our transitional housing program outside of Easton.
We now have fifteen off-site transitional apartments! We are very appreciative of our transitional housing partners, which include the Housing Commission of Talbot County and several private landlords.
A single individual from Evelyn’s Place moved directly from the shelter into their own housing!
One of the dads at Easton’s Promise started a new job!
A single woman from Evelyn’s Place was accepted into Maryland’s DORS program! Learn more about the DORS Program in our “Did You Know” section below.
We are also very proud of one of our employees, who has been working towards homeownership through the Habitat for Humanity Program. As part of the program, participants must put in a certain number of hours of sweat equity into their home – our employee’s sweat equity time starts this week!
