We served three people at Easton’s Promise who needed temporary accommodations. While they opted not to complete our full S4 Program, we are grateful for the opportunity to have provided them Shelter, Stability, and Support while they stayed with us!
We are ecstatic to report that one of our long-time single guests graduated from the S4 Program and into her own housing! She has been doing phenomenally for a long while, but as is often the case, she has had difficulty finding affordable housing outside of our program until now. We are also thrilled to announce that she will be joining our staff as a part-time weekend supervisor when our new shelter opens!
One of the dads in our apartment program works for local painting company Southern Tide. With the support of his employer, he is leading a crew that is painting much of the interior of our new shelter. They are about halfway done, and it looks beautiful!
