A Family Reunited!
Shamyra first joined us at Evelyn’s Place, our singles shelter. She had come to us by herself while her children stayed with family. After working with her case manager, this month, Shamyra moved into one of our transitional apartments along with her children! The photo shown here is of Shamyra packed, happy, and ready to move. We are so glad to see this family back together, thanks to your support!
Nia Earns Her Money Fundamentals Certificate!
The guests at Evelyn’s Place have been participating in our Money Fundamentals class since March. Nia is the first in the class to have completed the first nine-week section of the curriculum, earning her Money Fundamentals 1 certificate! Congratulations, Nia… Keep it going!
