Changing of the Guard at TIS
After 6 incredible years as our Board Chair, and 7 years total on the board, we’re celebrating Peter Woicke, whose leadership has shaped Talbot Interfaith Shelter in immeasurable ways. From his first shifts as an overnight volunteer in our rotating shelter days to helping open our first permanent home at Easton’s Promise, Peter’s heart has always been with our neighbors in need.
His vision guided us through a period of rapid growth, and his unwavering commitment has strengthened our entire community. We are so grateful that while he’s stepping down as Chair, he’ll remain on the board offering his wisdom and passion as we continue this journey.
