At Talbot Interfaith Shelter (TIS), we are incredibly grateful for the unwavering support we receive from local businesses like The Ivy Cafe in Easton, MD. For years, The Ivy Cafe has been a generous partner, providing in-kind donations and catering for our fundraisers and events. Their commitment to our mission has made a significant impact in our community, and we couldn’t be more thankful!
As we observe November as Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Month (#HHAM), we invite you to join us in supporting those in need. Mark your calendars for November 15th, 2024 —The Ivy Cafe is hosting a Dine to Donate day, when you can enjoy a delicious lunch and 20% of your proceeds will be donated directly to TIS. It’s a simple way to make a difference in our community!
Nestled in a magical courtyard in downtown Easton, The Ivy is the perfect location to share a meal with friends, grab a quick lunch on the go, or simply enjoy the weather in their beautiful brick-lined courtyard. Owner Jenn McCrea, whose generosity is seen and unseen in a 1,000 myriad ways, symbolizes what is best about our community: she cares. She cares about her customers, neighboring businesses and the health of downtown Easton. Thank you to Jenn and The Ivy for their ongoing support of our community, and for standing with us in the mission to fight homelessness on Maryland’s Mid Shore.
