Welcome back to our favorite day of the week: Team TIS Tuesday! Today, we would like to highlight Roland Groce, our Transitional Housing Case Manager! With the opening of Evelyn’s Place and the addition of more transitional apartments, the number of guests in our program during the 2022/2023 fiscal year was nearly DOUBLE that of the previous year.
Roland joined us in January to help ensure that everyone in the S4 Program (Shelter, Stability, Support, Success) has access to rigorous, personalized case management. When guests are invited to move from the shelters into our off-site transitional housing, Roland helps them navigate their new responsibilities and challenges, and guides them as they work their way towards financial independence.
Roland’s contagious positive energy and experience are a wonderful addition to Team TIS, and we are so grateful to have him assisting our guests on their journey to Success!
