Welcome to another Team TIS Tuesday! We are excited to introduce you to one of our Shelter Supervisors, Kiki DeShields! Shelter Supervisors are the unsung heroes of our program. They are responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive environment in our shelter facilities, and assisting the guests in following policies and procedures so that everyone has a positive and productive experience while staying with us.
It is an incredibly important job, and Kiki does it exceptionally well and with kindness and sensitivity. When we asked her why she chooses to work at Talbot Interfaith Shelter, she simply said that she likes to help people. We are so grateful to have Kiki as such a valuable member of Team TIS!
