Every guest admitted into our program has different needs. Some come to us with just the clothes on their backs, while others are already employed or have additional supports in place. Case Managers work with each person to determine what their needs are and create a plan for them to get back on their feet.
The guests must take responsibility for working their plans, but Case Managers provide guidance by helping them prepare for appointments, identifying the proper paperwork and identification to take with them, providing transportation if needed, and more.
Some examples of guests’ needs are:
- Birth certificate
- Social Security Card
- License/ID
- Food Stamps
- Temporary Cash Assistance
- Childcare Assistance
- Employment
- Trades or Other Training
- Disability Income
- Health Insurance
- Mental Health Counseling
- Dental Care
